Many of you remember seeing Claude's appearances on the Discovery Channel's Lynette Jennings Design show a few years ago. Sadly we lost the tape in the wildfire that burned down our house in 2007. We've contacted the producer and he's hot on the trail to hunt down a copy, but in the meantime our good friend Mimi Kirk agreed to play hostess with Claude on a new soap making video.

     Mimi has quite a varied background as an actress, Hollywood stand-in, business owner, personal assistant (Mary Tyler Moore for eleven years), and most recently--author. Her book LIVE RAW comes aout in April and follows her journey in eating healthy to stay young (She's 72!).
